Kim Williams, M.A. (Program Director) graduated from Adelphi University with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Kim is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Certified Youth Fitness Instructor and has her Level I Yoga Kids Certification. She is also certified in CPR/AED through the American Heart Association and is a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine. Kim has made her career in the health and fitness industry for the past 20 years, working in both cardiac and orthopedic rehabilitation as well as in various fitness facilities throughout NYC and Long Island. Adrienne Chan, B. S. earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Brooklyn College. She also minored in Journalism where she incorporated it into her passion for motorsports by creating and editing feature articles for an online magazine. Adrienne began her fitness career as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and a Group Fitness Instructor. She also obtained a Zumba teaching certificate and currently teaches Zumabtomic, a modified Zumba class for children at the ages of 4-12. Adrienne is CPR & AED certified through the American Red Cross. Zuwa Edobor, B.S. graduated from SUNY Cortland with a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. He is currently certified in First Aid, CPR, AED through the American Red Cross Association. He also certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine. He was a basketball player during his college career and has coached high school basketball. While at SUNY Cortland, he worked in their fitness facility. He is currently working towards a Master's Degree at Long Island University in Health Care Administration. Briel Gradinger, B.S. graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physiology and a minor in Educational Studies. She is currently certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED through the American Heart Association and is a certified Lifeguard through the American Red Cross. Briel has worked at My Gym Children's Fitness Center teaching gymnastics and exercises to toddlers/children. She has also worked at various physical therapy centers. She is currently working towards a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Mercy College.Ray Sheehan, B.S. graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Exercise Science and also played on the football team. He has worked as a physical therapy aide in college and has also worked for the New York City Department of Education. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also certified in CPR and AED from the American Heart Association. He is currently attending Long Island University to obtain his Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant. Tony Yang, B.S. graduated from Adelphi University with a degree in Exercise Science. During his time as an undergraduate, he worked in a physical therapy clinic. In addition, he worked at Adelphi’s Adult Fitness Program where he assisted and monitored members during exercise. He also teaches break dancing to children ages 6 to 16 at Dance Dynamics in Mineola. He is currently certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED through the American Red Cross.
